I would like to get a little input from both suppliers and distributors.
Does anyone know of suppliers who offer 24/7 customer service? If so, how is it handled? Do any suppliers keep the office staffed at all times?
Distributors, how often do you need to contact your suppliers after business hours or on a weekend? If speaking with a supplier rep is not an option, what would be your next preferred method of contact?
How about an online chat, an email address that is monitored or a message returned in X hours?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
