Order Processing

We are an Innovative International operating Ad Specialty Company located in Edgewater and looking for an Order Processing person.
She/He would be involved with the following tasks.

• Expediting orders to all our international suppliers.
  
• Generating Order Confirmations to Customers
  
• Organizing and Following up on all international and national shipments
  
• Collecting Payments from Customers
  
• Reviewing pricing and maintaining the pricelists
  
• Keeping liaison and updating customers about the progress of there orders
  
• And many more tasks.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other employees, customers and suppliers. Strong follow-through skills, taking on an assignment from start to finish. Knowledge about Graphics, Imprint and the promotional market is of advantage. If you speak Cantonese would be great.
