What does everyone use for sales invoices for their sales people?

Is there a place to look at options, or is everyone just design something that works for them?

Do you mean -what do we use to invoice customers or do you want to know what sales reps use to write up orders?

I believe their are examples here on DT if you do a search. Others have posted what they use. I know Shorty's also sells generic forms.

I do not use a sales order form....I do not get my client to sign anything.....I give them a brief re-cap of their order on my proof sheet....Some people like dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's but I find the simple approach works best....RCS...

PS....If you want a form do a search for a Kaeser & Blair form....Many of their dealers have forms on their sites......

You can get pretty small quantities from Shortys. You have to pay him in advance I believe

We are brokers in the printing business so we offer printing on paper goods, promotional products and all of the clothing items. We are a one stop shop. As for invoices, we created a letterhead sheet that can be use as memo sheets and then we can run it through our printer to create an invoice. As for the invoice you must install a bookkeeping program such as QuickBooks or Simply Accounting. Full samples are availble as demo and then all you need to do is print black ink on the front of your letterhead. Do you have a bookkeeping program installed? In my world so that nothing is lost, an invoice must be signed every time we deliver. The price is final, the customer get's to keep a copy and the office has a singed copy for the customer folder and we also have a copy save on the system. It's the best!

I am in the forms design and promotional product field. I suggest you have your sales invoice design based upon how the information is entered into the computer. You want all information to flow from beginning to end of the process.
