Does anyone use a really good simply software for PO's and Invoicing, besides Quickbooks? QB's just won't work for me as it is too much work for me to get it all started. I am trying to find a more simple software that is not so labor intensive to set it all up.

Thanks
Debbie

We have used OrderMaster since 1996 we are on version 2 and I reaaly like it. It has had a few quirks but for the money it ain't bad. i have check lots of other programs and found this to be the best bet for the money.

If you are a PPAI member there is a discount, I think it is about $400 for a single user

Joe... does that software work for purchase orders also? I've used Ordermaster for some time now, but just don't like their attitude...

I've been using Peachtree for years and I don't change it for any other on the market.

I probably stay with OrderMaster because of my customer base and ordering info. I have a lot of repeat business and I really enjoy being able to just plug in a single # and have all my info come back up. Version two has a lot of great features and you can link your Quickbooks to it if you want to. I don't know about the attitude of the company, personally I haven't had any problems.

Yes, purchase orders, invoices, estimates. When I write up a PO I can clic it into an estimate. But I can't clic it into an invoice. I have to type up one. But alot of stuff goes in automatically. I am not a pro on the program but it works pretty good for entry level computer person like me. You can get a trial version on line. Ask Grooveman where she got hers.
