I'm looking for a quality supplier that has a 4 color screen printing program- say 400 pcs, 4 color 2 locations at a very competitive price---HELP

Where are you located?.....As shipping will be a factor.....

However, having said that, you might want to check out Zorrel....They ship free over 250.00 and have printing in house....
