Have you considered that the net price offered to you and your competitor may be the same, but your competitor is pulling in a hefty rebate from the supplier each year?

Most suppliers have rebate programs. Ask for theirs and you'll likely see how other PPDs are able to undercut you so easily. If you trust the supplier to provide quality for you and your customers, use them more and start earning your own rebate dollars.

I guess I don't see the problem either. We run multiple niche sites in this industry now and of course we get GREAT pricing from the suppliers whose products we push. When you're their number 1 distributor, one would hope they give you better pricing than the other guys!
