I have had the Color Index in my library for years but came across another spin on it today......Creative Color Schemes

They also have single articles you can buy, but they offer the many for free.
I'm a subscriber to the print version, and bought all past issues too. I keep them at hand and leaf through them for reminders and ideas. Print subscribers also get the PDF version.
