I am about to place an overseas order with Spot 25, anybody out there has any feedback on this company....Quality, service, turnarounds, etc. are they reputable???? They also have an office in California. Their rep in China is very efficient and service oriented, also writes very legible and clear.

We did a large order with them last summer (30,000 custom light up key tags)
They were very easy to work with and seemed very efficient until our customer needed to have 5000 of the tags replaced because they were defective (lights were on when they opened the box and would not turn off until the battery died)
They offered to replace the bad ones and our contact Kelly said that they shipped (air) in December. The customer has never received the items and now Spot 25 will not return e-mails. When they do reply to our e-mails, they never answer our question (where are the tags that you said you shipped via air in December).
I would have recommended them if they had just kept their word and communicated with us. We have contacted every contact name that we can find for them and not one of them has helped. I would beware of this vendor.

Thank you for your reply! We appreciate your heads up. Our order is not as big, only 1,500 caps and 1,500 bib aprons. We are sending artwork and order this week, don't have any other alternative or my customer will not meet deadline. So far the communication and cooperation with Spot 25 has been outstanding; but, I am skeptical if something goes wrong (hopefully not).
If you don't mind letting me know who you are planning to use to replace them. I would prefer to work with a company established here in the States. If you are already working with another company, please let me know.

While he owns the factory does does flash drives, he also has a broker he uses to source items.
In fact he jsut came up with an item that I had been looking for.
He also just did a flash drive job that was well recieved.
His prices ( it seems) are very hard to beat.
maybe because he is factory direct?:)
