Just curious if anyone is using this and what they think. Also how does it work when no one knows your 1-800 number?

I use a similar service called RingCentral. I have my main number forwarded through RingCentral and pick it up on my Cell. I like the fact that I get an email with the voice mail attached and that I only have to give out one number for both fax and voice now.

I have used My1Voice for a few months......Calls get forwarded to my home office distinctive ring number during daytime hours......When I am out or after hours calleds are forwarded to my mailbox and message arrives as an email....
If folks do not know your number the calls will be wrong numbers.....

I too have My1Voice and have started using the 866 # (which is forwarded to my cell) on self promos. I also use thier sister company MyFax as I no longer have land lines. I think Royce recommended them to me here on DT. So far so good with both.

We're currently looking at RingCentral, but we'll look into the other 2 options posted here. We have someone using RingCentral and their pretty happy with the features.
