I just moved my office. I would like to send out post cards/chunky mail informing my customers of the move. I just can't think of anything cleaver to do. Any suggestions? I've thought about postcards with magnets...but or should I do calendars?
Thank you in advance for your help and sharing your wisdom.

A bent cow pen from Benctil packaged in their "We've moooved" stock power pack. Then you can go all out with the card insert.
They will do the packaging, addressing, and everything - all on the card, and sealed in a cello bag that's ok for mailing.
Best I got at 11pm. :D

Hi Patricia,
Sometimes the artwork you use is as important as the item itself.
It sounds like you have a retail location, where your customers can visit your shop. If that's so, I strongly suggest putting a map on the postcard, so that people are very clear about your new address.
Since you do embroidery, how about enhancing the map by putting on artwork that looks like the streets have been stitched? You can probably run the map through your digitizing software and get a nice effect.
You might also offer a gift to everyone who visits your new location for the next 3 months. Describe or picture the gift on the postcard, and be sure to have coffee, tea, and water to welcome your guests. Make it a running open house.

As always, no less than a great idea from Isa.

Gadget Grip is a very good way to have your new location / phone number / website top of mind on phones, pda's Ipods etc.
Great for direct mail and also they can insert a magnet / romance card showing map or new details of the new location.
Good luck!
