Does anyone have a sample Terms & Conditions statement to give to new clients? We have been operating without one, but because collections are getting more difficult, we need something concrete in writing.

Thanks.

Royce I appreciate your help.

I was not clear in my note.

I wondered how to accomplish making the link and the actions that result when clicking on "try this". (the three steps to search in Google)

Its a neat way to explain the actions needed, to get my customers to the location I am referring them to.

Of course now maybe this is a short training video built by Google to show how to use their site and if so then I don't need to know the process.

Then again sometimes i have flights of fancy and think I need to know how to do everything I see and later realize I have too many unneeded things in my head and am continually confused and just keep typing till I have confused myself and others, if they have continued reading my jumbled thoughts.

Such as I was reading earliar and saw where you had reached 5,000 posts and the congrats that resulted from the storied accomplishment. By the way when do you think you will reach 10,000.

Ultimately I have been very impressed by the continued assistance offered when questions are raised.

Oops I think I hear the phone ringing and need to get it cuz my creditors  may be calling to see if the check is in the mail or that Drew Carey has a Deal for me.

Oh and I thought your post meant I could be a smart ***.....

In most email programs if you write some words.....

Some words

and then highlight them and click on the globe/paperclip looking button you can paste a link...

@ Michelle,

That is amazing the way you presented that reply.

As we in our Promotional Industry constantly attempt to articulate examples of how easy that it is, to go to our web site for further information etc . . .any time that you can have your viewer / reader be literally "walked through it" in the manner that you did Bravo!

This could be done in many ways Supplier / Supplier Rep >> Promotional Consultant and also . . . Consultant >> Their buyer / prospect.
