I am really hoping that someone is willing to share copies of their Org Charts, Reporting structures, Job Titles and Descriptions, Roles & Responsibilities and company / employee manual.
We are a small distributorship (2.5 peeps) in WA and would greatly appreciate some help so we can move forward with some structure, basic guidelines and best practices.
Don't worry, we are not shooting to be the next 4imprint or BD & A for that matter. We just want to be smart and don't want to recreate the wheel.
Is there anyone out there willing to lend a hand?

Michelle, thank you for the reply and sharing the outline for the employee manual. I have checked out David Blaise top secret, he has some great stuff for sure, but still not quite what I am looking for.
We have been a two person business for several years - we both sorta do it all. We hired a part time person (she does mainly admin) a year and a half ago, and now we are feeling kinda stuck again. This got us thinking about How Do We Grow - Smartly? What do other companies do, what positions do they have and start with at this point? What are the positions called, what do they do... what do successful promotional product companies org charts look like? How many support people to sales people?
I suppose all distributors struggle with this at some point - so I decided to throw it out to the masses.

Hey Michelle, started looking over that manual systems outline you included.... this looks great - maybe we better invest in the Top Secret program!
