@Neetfeet #flipflops + The Twilight Saga: Eclipse = Big revenue. Why? Have you seen the movie's demographics?
Can even expand the order to span individual "Teams"
You are ahead of the game if you've realized this.

I haven't seen the movie and probably won't until they show it on cable. Can you expand on your comment a little?

It's not a matter of seeing the movie. Just a matter of doing some research and knowing the demographic target of the movie which will be the demographic for our flip flops.
Teens are about as perfect as it gets for flip flop demographic. Market awareness shows this. Not utilizing this information as a tie-in with our products, one is missing out on business/revenue opportunity. You probably want to be the first to make sense of this information and get it rolling (have the edge over competing distributor in the biz). Call us and talk to one of our sales rep and discuss.

Also, in addition, if you do your research on the movie and some creativity, this kind of sale can be expanded - flip flop that says "Team Edward" or "Team Jacob" or "Team Bella" - 3 set of orders right there.
PS.
Haven't seen the movie, as well, just know the kind of market its targeting and some research.

This caught my attention.
One question....shouldn't a distributor be concerned about possible trademark/copyright infrigment?
How would the aveage distributor sell this to their average customer?
Just curious...

Infringement shouldn't be an issue if you are making contact with the studio's merchandising buyer. Present to them with the idea of their movie on flip flops supporting it with the fact that our product is perfect for their demographics.
