nice job, but I would rather pay $7 to have someone else do it.

Hey Chris, is that a real title that you have acquired - Grand Master? And I thought that you were head janitor.... ;) Congrats on the promotion there...IDEAGUY

I really admire those of you who can do artwork. We just got Abobe CS4 Master Collection and I would like to learn how to use it. (Amazingly, this was a very nice gift from a client.) Others around here, including my 13 year old son are all over it.
My wife says I need to stretch my brain, which is good for "old folks" like me. So, I just need to find the "spare" time to learn something new.
I think it's great that a project like this can be used to improve your graphic skills. Of course we typically use an artwork service for such a conversion, but obviously, you learn nothing in that process...and you don't get to stretch your brain.
On the topic of vector art conversions, we are finalizing a deal to put an Art Department on our all new FreePromoTips site, which will launch in February, or sooner. This area will be facilitated by a very significant company that primarily works with ad agencies. We will offer $5.00 vector art conversions, simply as a loss leader...but also logo design, business card layouts and other art services.
We feel this will create an additional profit center for distributors. They are working with our regional association as well and I think this will be something positive for our industry. When this is live, I would love this groups input on it.
