How to search ALL WORDS

When i put multiple words in the search box, the search engine seems to use any word i put in there instead of all words. I tried using quotes, is there any way to do this?

I usually use "Google" as follows:

site:distributortalk.com "ATT Headwear"

Does Google still index the password protected parts of DT?

On the FAQ pages of this site, there is a "SEARCH ALL WORDS" option..... wonder if the owner can make that system wide...
