I clicked the "Follow Me on Twitter" button on DT's website. I was able to view our posts. I thought perhaps it was because I was logged in to DT. I logged out and went on Twitter. Same thing. I checked a few more, some were blocked and said you had to register, but other posts were there for anyone to view.

I am very new to social media so perhaps you will all blast me for not knowing what I am talking about.....good, educate me.

But I don't think our posts should be available for everyone to see. Isn't that the idea of have a forum we have to register for....

Thoughts?

Hi Barb,

Nope you are right, and this has been brought up before. I disagree with the decision to make the threads readable, but then I'm not paying for the site or spending time to keep it running (except every now & then).

There was another thread about this, but I got tired of being one of the only ones to post objections.

Thanks for verifying that.

There is a lot of information on this site that I'm sure we don't want our customers to find....

PLEASE.. I encourage everyone to reply to this thread if you don't want our information to leave this site and perhaps we can stop this!!

Hey Barb,

At this point, there is a very limited selection of forums that are open to the public and all others are hidden unless logged in. I am in the process of researching some means to easily identify the public forums for all members to see.

An announcement will go out when this is complete.

Thanks
