I am signing on my first "major employee" who will privy to all things in my business.
Has anyone had experience, specifically in the State of NJ (or elsewhere) in
a) writing up a non compete contract that will hold up in court
b) knows of a excellent law firm that deals with employee contracts.
I deal with Federal Government offices throughout the USA.

I would appreciate any and all information that will lead me in the right direction.
