I just have to encourage everyone to take a look at GMG pens. We have done 2 orders with them and the service as well as quality was great.
These are lower priced pens but have the quality of a much higher priced pen.
Not related to them just happy with them.

I've had a number of orders with them. Happy with their selection, pricing and service.
They usually have some good specials. Unfortunately, when my client wants to reorder they aren't on special any more.

That's why we never pass on the specials anymore. The goodwill created on the first order is immediately destroyed when the repeat comes. I just pickup the extra profit and move on.

good point. I need to remember that!
So did the client usually still order them through you without the special or no. What did you do when you used to pass on the specials?

I too like Ultrapen GMG. Great service...good quality....nice sales materials---flyers and 3 fold brochures. The sales are good---but the regular pricing is good also. I carry their samples along with HUB and Souvenir. Greg

I have been doing business with them for 2 years now and have noticed that they continually strive to keep their customers happy. Rush services withing 24 hours for no up charge???? hard to believe but true. They will also ship from their factory in China. I have not had any problems with them or their service. A++ in my books.

GMG does a great job! I know Ari Epstein well and he is very committed to the industry.
