Not sure how many forum members have capitalized on the H1N1 Flu as a means of increasing sales, but if you haven't, you SHOULD. The amount of press that the flu has received means you don't need to sell anyone on the fact that H1N1 is here and spreading like wildfire.

We have launched 2 timely magnets; one on Preventing the Cold & Flu and the other on Coping with the Flu. Target markets include public health, hospitals, pharmacies, employee wellness/safety programs, pharmaceutical organizations, universities, daycares and more. Of course the great thing about these products is that they are long lasting (throughout the season) and timely. Lots of people will be looking at your clients' imprint this season.

Of course, it goes without saying that I am assuming you are all selling a LOT of antibacterial hand sanitizer, too....

I've just launched a new website (coming next week) on chronic illness management for professionals and all I could think of was T-shirts and totes; well, I think the employee wellness would work, too. Thanks for "jogging" my idea brain bank! Do you have any self-promo specials?

Besides the 2 Cold and Flu Magnets, other items you should consider for your store we offer would be medicine spoons, pill boxes (we have the largest selection in the industry).

Other products you can get from other suppliers include: computer screen cleaners/antibacterial wet wipes, facial tissues and I am sure there are more that I can't think of right now.

Other markets to include are schools--colleges and universities, Banks, Professional/Networking organizations, conventions/civic bureaus. Think about any large gathering of people and these products are a goldmine of opportunity.

Thank u for the ideas. I am currently working with our local Health Department for ideas. There is Federal $$ out there. They are applying for a $3000 grant! Of course the stipulation is A LOT of printing. So sanitizer bottles r out. One thing they want is a calendar...so keep coming with ideas...this is GREAT!
