I'm in need of the above for a potential client order requiring a union shop for imprinting. I don't know the item yet, likely either a bank or key chain. Client is on the west coast but supplier of blanks may be on the east coast, so I'm open as to location.

You should contact TagMaster (Dard Products) in Evanston, IL. They have high speed pad printers capable of one to 4 color, with tight registration. They also have screen printing capabilities, and are a union-shop.
