Inserting a new company picture logo

I have entered a new company logo w/picture but my company profile still does not show that rendering? Help! I have tried to do this numerous times recently and evidently i need techenical help? I used my browser to find the logo that i wish to use and entered and it appeared however whenever i return to my company profile the logo/picture does not appear??

Not 100% sure but the usual problem is that the picture (logo) is too large try reducing it.

Joyce, did you notice an avatar can only be 100x100 pixels or 100kb, whichever is smaller? If you don't have image editing software to do this, you can download Easy Thumbnails & it is free. http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/
