I cannot find a screenprinter that does a color changing print on t-shirts. Does anyone know of someone that can do this type of printing on a t-shirt? I want to do something like you'd find at a Del Sol store.

You might want to ask the folks at Superior Panoramic, they have a lot of interesting capabilities, and they may be able to help.
Otherwise, you can try searching on impressions magazine's site, they used to have a good search / find supplier function, otherwise they may have an article that will point you to someone who can do it.
Or call Tom Van at Target Graphics in Chicago, if he does not do it he may know of someone that is
