Does anyone have a rating on this company.

Price is one thing............quality and service matter too.

Hmmmm, I always thought June had 30 days!

Hi Mark; I sent an email yesterday to the email address you have listed and received a phone call from someone in your office. She did seem confused and was speaking to someone else during our conversation. She had to call back a 2nd time and confirmed the price was for unprinted lanyards only.

Since then I have placed the order with another supplier so am no longer needing the lanyards I was ordering yesterday.

Thanks for responding,
Cora, And Sew On

Hi again Mark; Can you tell us a bit about the lanyards you have available for that price? That was what my email asked about and I didn't get that info in the end. Are these a flat or tubular & what type of clasp do they have them?

May have another order coming in and would like to take advantage of your special if possible.

Thanks,
Cora, And Sew On

I took advantage of the great price for a client recently. But the service left a lot to be desired. Quality was acceptable but the clip was half the size I've gotten through other suppliers. Looked a little cheap by comparison. But the price was good.

On the service end, product was supposed to ship on Tuesday for arrival direct to client by Friday (Monday trade show). Client called Friday and said where they at? I called to learn they hadn't shipped. An hour later they tell me they will ship overnight Saturday delivery with no explanation for the oversight. I arrived at client site Saturday morning to personally await FedEx truck. They did arrive but the badgeholders were not included in shipment. I had specifically asked in an e-mail that badgeholders be included and was told yes they would. As a result, client and I drove to a BigBox store to buy badgeholders at three times the price I had negotiated with BadgeBoss (also known as Namifiers). That after going through boxes in the basement looking for badgeholders leftover from previous year. Three hours shot on a Saturday morning and a client given more anxiety than needed.

After getting a copy of the invoice showing charges for badgeholders and Saturday delivery, I called the next week to report never having received the badgeholders and questioning why I'm responsible for the extra shipping costs. My account rep agreed those charges should be credited but was still unable to say why the shipment had been late in the first place. It took me four more phone calls over two weeks to get the credit. I received the credit for $50 today, a month after first being charged. On the last call my rep asked to confirm I hadn't received the badgeholders. This after I e-mailed and said that information repeatedly. The $50 couldn't match the extra time I had to spend babysitting the project and the revenue lost from not being able to charge for the badgeholders. I would have appreciated a nicer gesture in light of all that. So while I typically give second and third chances, in this case they were all used up on the one project.

I want to take a quick minute to respond on this one. We clearly messed up on Jeff’s order. The few issues that caused the problem were isolated, but they were definitely our fault and we take responsibility for that. We acknowledged that to Jeff over the phone this afternoon and offered, what we hope is a fair deal to make up for the inconvenience. There were also incidents from this particular order that we can take from and improve some areas of training, not just for the newer staff members, but to revisit in general. Thank you for the feedback.

Yes, VP of Sales Nick Vance called me and apologized for the problems. So I think that was a terrific step in the right direction. We all make mistakes but its important to learn from them so our customers can have the confidence to come back. I was assured steps have been taken to correct the problems so I will give consideration to doing more business with BadgeBoss. I've already been back to the website to review some of the rest of the product line.

The company has very few ratings in our industry and serving distributors is a very small part of their business. They boast that they are the biggest in the industry and that may be true. They have been around for a while on the retail side as www.namifiers.com

Their retail and promotional websites are exactly the same!

I really do not like working with suppliers that work both sides of the fence, and have access to who my customers are. I do not wish to compete with a supplier.
