Tip #1.
Check your spelling. Use an online dictionary or even a paper one (or, if necessary, a spell checker) to make sure you don't spell "cabaret" as "cabberay".

Another thing to watch for.....Is it book mark or bookmark ?
There are no bandaid (name brand) dispensers, but there are thousands of bandage (what bandaid makes) dispensers.
Same with kleenex (name brand) and tissue (what kleenex makes).

Katherine, what a great idea!!

Searching for a specific product really is an art. A person has to have some problem solving skills and a touch of higher level thinking skills is good to have too. I think those of us that do it well - take the "product hunt" for granted.

When I 1st searched for "bandaid holders" I used the word bandaid...& got disgusted when I couldn't find it...but I kept searching and finally came up with the word bandage. It is like solving a puzzle!

Who wants to create a "Product Search School" ??

Today I was looking for magnetic bookmarks. Ist I put in magnet bookmark - I got a couple of hits; but, not quite what I wanted. Then I put what I wrote first and got what I wanted. Sometimes it does take a bit of sluthing to find the right combination. By the way a magnetic bookmark is a length of material folded in the middle with a magnet at each end. The two magnets cling together and don't fall out of your book.
