ASI ESPOnline prices reverting back to previous catalog

Has this happened to others? Over a month ago we did an update to our ESPOnline catalog prices and made sure everything was up to date. Then, a few days ago, logging back in to so called "Confirm" prices to get the ASI's "Confirmed" logo, and noticed that all of our prices are back to what they were before our last update.

How can we trust the ASI's service?

Probably want to contact ASI directly as they are about to roll out V 5.1 and may be having some typical quirks?? Ultimately, it will be an awesome feature for all (the confirmed pricing icon) and I patiently await it's arrival:)
