For those distributor salespeople not yet selling $500K annually, there is a great bonus program available to you in this industry to maximize your commission earnings. Kaeser & Blair pays a year end bonus on earnings increase. The bonus year runs from Sep thru August. So, when you sign-on all earnings for that first year count as new earnings....as an example...if you earn $45,000 in commissions the first year you would also receive a year end bonus of $2,500. K&B also pays some of the highest commissions in the industry. If you are already an established producer selling at least $500K annually - you would receieve an automatic $10K or greater bonus at the end of the bonus year.
