I post this message tonight with much regret. Many have found out about the news via other posts on the forums, and it's time for an official announcement.

The Advisory Board that was announced only 2 months ago, is now disbanded. This is a direct result of me not having the time needed to manage DistributorTalk itself, let alone a group of advisors.

Those who served on the Board of Advisors were all committed to the success of this site, and its betterment within our industry. The forming of the board was THE best thing that ever happened to DistributorTalk, and it's disbandment is probably the worst thing.

If I had the time and resources to reform the Board of Advisors today, it would consist of the exact same group of individuals. I could not have asked for a better group of people, and don't have a single complaint about any of them.

In the near future, I hope to bring the board back together. I owe that much to the industry, and the members of DT.

Please keep in mind that DT has always been a side project for me. I have a distributorship like many of you, and I am also working to launch a new website platform and virtual sample technology for our industry. These things have taken a lot from me, and as a result I have neglected DT. For that, I am truly sorry. Good things are to follow - that is a promise I will stand behind. I just need a little more time, and a lot of good luck.
